At your service – the reception with transfer services and much more

The reception is available for all guests of Quinta do Paraiso. During the summer season the reception is open 24 hours per day, every day (in April and approx. last two weeks of October reception is open from 8 am to midnight only). Besides Check-in and Check-out, the reception is in charge of all other guest related services such as:

  • Money exchange
  • Luggage room
  • Internet access room
  • First Aid
  • Airport transfers
  • Taxi
  • Safes
  • Tour operator information
  • Telephone and fax service
  • Laundry service

Check-out time is 10.00h

Associated with the Reception is also the Concierge and Baggage Service. With our own air-conditioned bus we organize a free transfer to and from the center of Carvoeiro on a regular basis, several times per day. Upon your arrival and again on departure, the drivers will help you with your baggage and bring you to and/or pick you up from your unit. Next to the reception desk you will find the internet room. There are two coin operated machines that provide internet access or can be used to send and receive emails.

Security in the resort

During the season (April-October) there is a security guard on duty for your safety.

The guard patrols randomly through the resort during the evening and night hours in order to make sure that the resort is safe.

Should you have any need for the security guard or should you notice anything suspicious, please contact the reception.
